At Post Office by Shannon Passero, we want you to love your curated fashion pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our guest services team via email with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the sales receipt is included inside.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our boutique location in Thorold.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
